It’s not about abs, it’s about consistency and the benefits that consistently doing good things for yourself brings into being.
Food is medicine, energy, and health.
It matters… And it should matter to you if longevity is your desire.
Whatever you want is at the end of consistency. How do I know this is day 226? Because I fucking track it. Everyday.
The reality is that absent tracking, you’re just lying to yourself about what you are doing. I would encourage you to stop lying. Just stop… show me the proof… better yet, show yourself the proof.
Pull out your journal and write it down. Does your journal show a record of consistency? Do you track what you want to improve? If not, start there. Move incrementally toward your targets.
Tracking beats lying 100% of the time.
Be. Do. Have… In that order.
