Reps 26 – 30 of Operation “no-liosis” cycle 2… in my quest to eliminate the debilitating back pain caused by a wonky backbone, I’ve begun an inversion table ritual.
Here i see my hip extension is muted in anticipation of shooting pain which comes and goes.
The hook grip keeps the pull balanced though, so time will tell if the back muscles respond with an equalization of lateral stress on the curved area. Feels better so far… #startingover #hardwodder #crossfit
