That thing you want… the one you really desire deep down that is so monumentally scary you’ve never declared you wanted it out loud; and said to the world, “this will be mine” ain’t gonna magically appear.
You’re going to have to go get it.
Then keep going to get it again and again in the face of adversity, pain and failure.
You persist… because the best way forward is to stop stopping.
When 56 men signed the Declaration of Independence in 1776, they would not be free from the British until the war ends in 1783.
Many believed they were signing their death warrants.
So with the last sentence of the Declaration of Independence, they wrote:. “We mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes, and our sacred Honor.” They bet it all for the dream.
Maybe it’s time for you to do the same.
No one is asking you to pledge your life or your fortune… you might just need to get up an hour earlier so you can hit the gym and move toward your fit goal.
